Rojo Park芦城公園
Rojo Park is a 41,345 square meter park located in Marunouchi Park Town, Komatsu City. It is a part of Sannomaru, the third bailey of Komatsu Castle, where Toshitsune Maeda, the third lord of the Kaga Domain, retired. Despite its Sannomaru status, its creation began in 1906, and it was named Rojo Park in the same year. The park features stone monuments and statues of Toshitsune Maeda, two ponds (Ayame Pond and Sakura Pond), and a pond spring circuit garden with Tsukiyama (artificial hills) in the background. It is also a popular spot for cherry blossoms. In addition, there are various cultural facilities such as museums and libraries in and around the park.
