Meet the Roster Ready to Shake Up the LJL
On January 12, 2025, REJECT Inc. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, led by CEO Shoya Koyama) proudly unveiled its latest venture into the world of competitive gaming with the launch of its League of Legends (LoL) division. With a stellar lineup of players and staff, the team is poised to make waves in the revamped League of Legends Japan League (LJL) 2025.
Meet the Team:
- Kinatu: A consistent top laner with LJL experience and a KR Challenger rank from 2024.
- Forest: A standout jungler honed in T1’s academy, with Worlds 2024 experience.
- Recap: A veteran mid laner with a diverse champion pool and solid track record since 2017.
- Samver: A young and dynamic bot laner with high kill involvement rates, formerly of LCK and LDL.
- Raina: An accomplished support player with an LJL championship to his name from 2020.
- VicaL: A seasoned head coach with success across international leagues.
- TaNa: A former top laner and now coach, bringing years of LCK and LJL experience.
- HW4NG: General Manager with extensive credentials as a player and coach in LCK and Worlds.
Having already set a high standard in various e-sports titles, REJECT aims to build on its successes and continue delivering unforgettable moments for fans.
A New Chapter in Japanese Esports
As the LJL transitions to a new competitive structure in 2025, REJECT has entered the League of Legends scene to energize the local e-sports community and showcase its expertise in building winning teams.
Setting Sights on LJL 2025
The REJECT League of Legends division will compete in the year-long LJL 2025, featuring:
- LJL FORGE (Mid-January to Early March)
- LJL STORM (Mid-March to Early May)
- LJL IGNITE (Mid-May to Mid-June)
- LJL FINALS TOURNAMENT (End of July to End of August)
Teams will earn Championship Points based on their performance, with the top six advancing to the finals. The open qualifying system for the 2025 season creates new opportunities for teams, including REJECT. Their goal is to win the LJL 2025 and secure a spot in the LCP promotion and relegation tournaments.
