In February, the residents of the city of Hakusan come together to build and showcase thousands of snowmen of various designs and sizes. The festival starts in the Kuwajima area, and then moves to the neighbouring Shiramine a week later. As the sun sets, the snowmen are all lit up, creating a mesmerizing winter light show. Additionally, there are food and drink corners offering Shiramine's specialties.
