Kanda Shrine神田神社

The origins of the shrine trace back 1,270 years, yet the present-day structure has undergone multiple reconstructions over the centuries, primarily due to fires and earthquakes. Located in Akihabara, Tokyo, Kanda Shrine held significant importance for both Japan's warrior class and its citizens, particularly during the Edo period. Even the shōgun Tokugawa Ieyasu himself paid his respects at Kanda Shrine during this era.
