Wakura Onsen和倉温泉

Wakura Onsen is an ancient hot spring resort with a rich history of over 1200 years. It welcomes both locals and tourists to enjoy its high-quality hot spring water, known for its beneficial health effects. A must-see feature of the Onsen is the Yumoto no Hiroba, or "hot spring origin square," which serves as the heart of the town and features a statue of an egret. Visitors can also have fun by boiling eggs in the natural spring water at the site, eggs can be purchased nearby. Accommodation can be arranged in a traditional Japanese inn (ryokan).
